Cancellation & refund policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped – just WhatsApp us with your order number.

Because our boxes are gift items (jewellery & personal accessories), we don't accept returns once delivered, except in the cases below.

If your box arrives damaged, or an item is missing or wrong, please send us an unboxing video/photos on WhatsApp (+919840220997) within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Approved refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded by UPI/bank transfer.

Accessory designs and shades may vary slightly depending on availability; items of equal value & quality are used. This isn't treated as a defect.
