Shipping policy

Every box is packed by hand in Chennai. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation (festive and custom boxes may take 2–4 days).

We ship across India through our courier partners (via Shiprocket). Typical delivery time is 2–4 days within South India and 4–7 days elsewhere after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and parcel weight and are shown before you pay.

Once shipped, you'll receive the courier name and tracking number. You can track your order any time on our Track Order page.

Delays caused by the courier, weather or local restrictions are outside our control, but we'll always help you follow up.
